Perforated Conformer
The Perforated Conformer is an oculoplastic product designed to achieve the separation between the tarsal conjunctiva (covers the inner side of the eyelid) and bulbar conjunctiva (covers the eyeball), which is the moist tissue that covers the eye in its outermost part, and the eyelid in its inner part, with the intention of avoiding adherence between one and the other, and at the same time preserving the space preventing cavitary contraction.
