SUMMARY:XXXIV Congress of the ESCRS
DESCRIPTION:\n					\n						AJL Ophthalmic attended ESCRS Congress from 10th to 14th September 2016 in Copenhagen \nAJL Ophthalmic attended as exhibitor the Combined Exhibition of the XXXIV ESCRS and the 16th EURETINA Congresses\, hosted by the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the European Society of Retina Specialists. The congresses were held from 10th to 14th  in the city of Copenhagen (Denmark). \nTaking place at the Bella Center\, Center Boulevard 5\, in Copenhagen\, the ESCRS and EURETINA Congresses had been the largest European meetings that integrates a complete scientific program dedicated to the needs of the Cataract and Refractive Surgeons as well as Retina specialists with the leading practice management program for comprehensive ophthalmology and subspecialties. Ophthalmologists\, surgeons and researchers from all around the world met there to learn about the latest and cutting edge scientific advances in the field of ophthalmology. \n\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						Our sales team was glad to present you our products and new projects in which the company is working on like the new Iris Expansion Ring\, Canabrava Ring\, designed by Sergio Canabrava MD\, in collaboration with AJL. \nIn addition\, at AJL´s Booth was organized a Speakers´ Corner focused on latest surgical procedures in Keratoconus. The presenters of the Experts’ meeting programme were the following physicians: Mª Ximena Núñez\, MD (Colombia)\, Claudia Blanco\, MD (Colombia)\, Tiago Monteiro\, MD (Portugal)\, Leonardo Torquetti\, MD (Brazil)\, Paulo Ferrara\, MD (Brazil)\, Heykel Kamoun\, MD\, (Tunis). \nDuring the congress\, AJL also performed several wet labs on the implementation of our Intacs and Ferrara intrastromal segments for the treatment of Keratoconus pathology\, taking place on 11th and 13th September at Bella Center. \nEXPERTS’ MEETINGS PROGRAMME\n\n\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						INTACS & FERRARA WETLABS\n\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n
